Charming wedding at Villa Arvedi
Julia and Marcello’s dream wedding at Villa Arvedi
Today let’s dream a little among colorful floral designs and enchanting setting: this romantic wedding at Villa Arvedi will captivate you for its beauty and for the emotions that filled that early July day.
From the majestic of the location, to a floral palette built around colorful yet delicate tones, every element contributed to creating a day lived with ease.
Everything was designed to allow the couple to feel present, free and fully immersed in their time together.
Marcello and Julia, traveling from Switzerland, chose to get married in Verona, and Villa Arvedi proved to be the perfect setting for their special day.
If you are looking for inspiration, this article is for you — don’t miss the full story of the day at the end of the post!

An unforgettable moment: the couple’s first look
An honorable mention goes to a truly emotional moment that our photo and video team had the privilege of capturing: the couple’s first look. When Julia arrived behind Marcello, stunning in her dress, it felt as if time had completely stopped.
Seeing each other for the first time in private, before the ceremony, is always an intense and meaningful moment for a couple.
As you may know, I am a big fan of the first look — I believe it is one of the most beautiful ways to experience that first glance without distractions. And also creating unforgettable memories of such a special moment.

A photographic story made of discretion and care
When couples choose me to photograph their wedding, they are not simply looking for beautiful images to look back on over the years. They want someone who can make them feel comfortable, welcomed and respected on one of the most intense and meaningful days of their lives.
My approach is rooted in this belief. I deeply trust in quiet presence: being there without intrusion, observing carefully before intervening, allowing emotions to unfold naturally without forcing them. During Julia and Marcello’s romantic wedding at Villa Arvedi, I chose to move gently through the day, following its natural rhythm and allowing the couple to live each moment without ever feeling they had to “perform” in front of the camera.
During the getting ready the focus is on atmosphere: light, slow gestures, meaningful glances that tell more than any staged pose ever could. The same happens during moments shared with guests when photography becomes a true narrative made of hugs and emotions that happen only once and deserve to be remembered as they were lived.

Another essential element is time management. I always guide couples in creating a realistic and fluid timeline, one that leaves room for calm and presence. This allows for elegant, refined images, but most importantly for a day lived with serenity, without unnecessary rush or pressure.
When I deliver the final gallery, the couples’ words are often the most meaningful confirmation of this approach:
“Thank you so much for the beautiful photos! They truly moved us and allowed us to relive every moment of our special day. Compliments to you and Giorgia: with great discretion and professionalism you captured every instant without ever making us feel under pressure.”
This is exactly what I wish to offer every couple: an authentic yet refined photographic story, able to save emotions and bring them back to life.

The atmosphere of a wedding at Villa Arvedi
Choosing Villa Arvedi for your wedding means relying on a location that offers different yet complementary settings, ideal for accompanying every moment of the day. This wedding at Villa Arvedi fully embraced the villa’s potential, making the most of its most iconic and evocative spaces.
The ceremony took place in the garden at the back of the villa with a beautiful view of the historic staircase — perfect backdrop for wedding photography!

The aperitif was held in the front courtyard, one of the villa’s most scenic spaces, overlooking the Italian garden. Here the mood became more relaxed and convivial, thanks to the open view, making it ideal for an elegant yet informal celebration.

Dinner then moved inside the Salone dei Titani, one of Villa Arvedi’s most impressive rooms. A majestic space rich in history and charme, welcoming guests in a refined and timeless atmosphere.
Then we moved back to courtyard for the cake cutting, set against the magnificent lemon house, while the party continued in the historic cellar.

The opportunity to experience such diverse spaces — from gardens to courtyards and historic interiors — makes Villa Arvedi one of the most loved venues for couples dreaming of an elegant wedding in Verona.
A team that made everything possible
Behind such a beautifully harmonious wedding, there is always a well-coordinated and thoughtful team at work. Wedding planner Mirko Zago curated the entire day with sensitivity and vision, allowing space for spontaneity while never losing sight of refined details.
For Julia and Marcello, Mirko envisioned a design that felt rich yet light, combining soft pastel tones with golden accents.
Floral design played an equally essential role and was beautifully curated by Il Fiore all’Occhiello, through a palette rich in color with delicate nuances. Harmonious tones accompanied the different spaces of the villa, interacting naturally with the architecture and the light, and elevating each setting with effortless elegance.
The reception, entrusted to La Domestica Catering, blended quality with refined presentation, creating a curated experience during the most convivial moments of the day.
My dear colleague Francesca Zoppellaro was responsible for the video storytelling of the day, bringing her sensitive and attentive eye to the narrative. As always, her approach moved in perfect harmony with our photographic style.
After dinner, a special moment of entertainment was curated by Hamidou’s Cuban corner, offering high-quality cigars, chocolate and rum for the couple and their guests. The photobooth area was thoughtfully designed by Clickbox Photobooth, adding a playful and memorable touch to the evening.
When every professional works with respect, attentive listening and a shared vision, everything flows naturally, smoothly and confidently, allowing both the couple and their guests to experience each moment with presence, ease and lightness.
